The intervention, funded through the Andalucía Actúa Plan, aims to rehabilitate water collection and pumping systems that were severely affected by storms recorded between the end of last year and early 2026.
Technical work focuses on the comprehensive cleaning of the pumping station and water intake. Additionally, repairs will be carried out on the electrical and hydraulic components of the electric pump, along with the replacement of the electrical panel and two water pumps that had been rendered unusable.

This action is part of a broader package of measures through which the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development is investing nearly two million euros in the province of Jaén to ensure the functionality of irrigation infrastructure against adverse weather events.
