The company, one of the highest-grossing in Andalusia, remains focused on innovation and sustainability as key drivers of its strategy. One year after the executive leadership transition, the company has maintained its revenue, despite a reduction in net profit in 2025, attributed to tariffs and significant investments.
The leadership emphasized that the leadership transition has been a smooth evolution, retaining the founder's role as president to combine his experience with the energy of the new generation. This governance model aims to professionalize the company and ensure its competitiveness in a complex global environment.
“"We look to the future with the determination to make Cosentino the leading company in design for architectural solutions."
With over 90% of its sales outside Spain and 55% in the United States, the company considers the American market essential, where they continue to invest and develop new business units. The investment plan of over 400 million euros until 2027 prioritizes global expansion, industrial capacity, and sustainability.
The leadership stressed that the Jacksonville plant aims to bring production closer to the American customer but does not imply a decrease in growth in Almería. The company has the capacity to expand its facilities in the province, where new factories are already being planned to serve other markets.
Innovation, with products like Dekton and Eclos, and a commitment to sustainability and occupational safety, are fundamental pillars. The company uses clean energy, recycles water and waste, and promotes a zero-accident culture. Additionally, through its foundations, it supports education and art in the province of Almería.
