Following a bidding process that received two offers, the consultancy firm Daleph Iniciativas y Organización SA has been selected to carry out this project. The initiative aims to assess the current condition of the industrial areas to optimize their administration.
This action is part of aligning the management of the industrial parks with the provisions of Law 4/2025, of December 15, on productive spaces for the promotion of industry in Andalusia. The contract was finalized for an amount of 12,614.52 euros (VAT included).
The base bidding budget for this project was 16,819.36 euros, indicating savings in the final award. The modernization of these areas is crucial for boosting industrial activity in the Cordoban capital.
