This significant recognition highlights the winery's dedication to quality, innovation, and environmental respect within the gourmet gastronomy sector. Francisco Robles, manager and co-owner of the company, accepted the award in the Spanish capital.
“"This recognition reinforces our commitment to organic viticulture that not only respects the environment but is also capable of generating high-quality products with added value."
The Vinagre Piedra Luenga 27 PX is an organic product made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, distinguished by its prolonged aging of 27 years using the traditional criaderas and solera system. This aging process imparts aromatic complexity, balance, and depth, positioning it as a benchmark in the organic gourmet segment.
During this edition of Salón Gourmets, Bodegas Robles also introduced its new range of 27 vinegars, emphasizing the value of long aging and tradition, as well as magnum formats of its Piedra Luenga Verdejo and Tempranillo wines. These innovations aim to adapt to new consumption trends and specialized markets, strengthening the winery's position as a pioneer in organic production in Spain, with a model based on circular economy and innovation.
Founded in 1927 and located in Montilla, Bodegas Robles is a family business that has led organic viticulture in Andalusia. Since the late nineties, it has maintained a strong commitment to sustainability, biodiversity, and innovation, producing organic wines and vinegars that faithfully reflect the identity of its territory.
