The Armani Group has announced its entry into the Spanish residential market with the launch of Armani Residences Marbella, an exclusive complex of 33 luxury homes on Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile.

This ambitious project is the result of a collaboration between Sierra Blanca Estates, a developer specializing in luxury branded residences on the Costa del Sol, and Palya Assets, a company led by a renowned businessman and a former elite tennis player. The participation of the latter, who previously had a professional relationship with Armani in advertising campaigns, adds a distinctive element to the initiative.
The complex will be located on one of the last large private plots available on the Golden Mile, an enclave connecting downtown Marbella with Puerto Banús, known for concentrating some of the most exclusive properties in the region. The development will cover an area of 50,000 square meters, offering views of the Mediterranean and the Marbella mountains.
Conceived as a low-density development, Armani Residences Marbella will guarantee privacy, spaciousness, and tranquility for its residents. The interiors, designed under the Armani/Casa label, will focus on aesthetic sobriety, well-being, and integration with the natural environment. Marketing will begin with a first phase that will include the sale of only 10 residences.

"This project holds a very special meaning for me, especially for the opportunity to collaborate again with the Armani Group, a brand for which I have deep admiration and with which I had the opportunity to work at the beginning of my professional career. Now, in a different way and together with Sierra Blanca as an expert developer on the Costa del Sol and a great connoisseur of current real estate market trends, we aspire to create a development focused on promoting well-being and sports values, as well as a Mediterranean lifestyle that inspires us all."

Future owners will enjoy exclusive services such as a state-of-the-art spa, a fully equipped gym, a private club, and a 24-hour concierge service. All of this will be integrated into a landscape design that prioritizes nature and sustainability. Construction is expected to begin in June 2026, with home deliveries anticipated for 2028.
This project reinforces the former tennis player's growing presence in the business and investment sphere, channeled through Palya Assets. Armani's arrival in Marbella, hand in hand with Sierra Blanca Estates, marks a milestone for the city, consolidating its position as a luxury residential destination and attracting international investment from major brands.
