This injection of public funds aims to strengthen strategic sectors such as manufacturing, aeronautics, automotive, and tourism. According to the official resolution, these initiatives will allow for the creation of 585 new jobs and contribute to the stability of over 12,600 existing positions in the region.
Among the highlighted actions is an aeronautical project in La Rinconada (Seville), which will receive an incentive of 4.85 million euros for a total investment of 19.42 million, with the forecast of generating 80 jobs. Likewise, the technology sector in Cordoba has an investment of 13.93 million, supported by a grant of 4.46 million, aimed at incorporating 100 new workers.
The aid package also reaches the agri-food and manufacturing industry in various Andalusian towns, such as Linares, Lucena, Espiel, El Puerto de Santa Maria, La Carlota, Ubrique, Archidona, Cuevas del Almanzora, Villafranca de Cordoba, and Motril. These investments seek to consolidate industrial recovery in areas with manufacturing traditions.
Finally, the tourism sector receives a significant boost through modernization projects in Almuñecar, Punta Umbria, Marbella, Malaga, and Martos. These initiatives, which total millions in investment, aim to increase the competitiveness of the Andalusian tourism offer through the improvement of its infrastructure and services.
