The local administration in Almería is advancing its digitalization efforts with the awarding of a contract for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in its management processes. This pilot project, valued at 15,185.00 euros, has been entrusted to the company Taller de Ideas para la Red S.L., with the aim of transforming the interaction between the council and citizens through technological efficiency.
The agreement stipulates that the company will be responsible for the consulting, implementation, and training services required to integrate this innovative tool within the municipal sphere. The contract will last for twelve consecutive months, coinciding with the total duration of the pilot project.
Driven by the Delegation of the Presidency, Innovation, and European Funds Area, this initiative focuses on achieving a tangible impact on administrative simplification. The primary goal is for Artificial Intelligence to function as an effective tool to significantly reduce bureaucratic workload and accelerate internal processing times.
To ensure the success of the implementation, the project has defined specific key performance indicators (KPIs). These include measuring the reduction in document preparation time, an increase in document analysis capacity, and a substantial improvement in the agility of responding to citizen requests.
