Organized by the Department of Business Development, Economy and Employment, in collaboration with the Community of Madrid, the fair will be held at the Municipal Building of La Estación. Admission will be free and no prior registration is required, with hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on both days.
The main objective of this initiative is to facilitate direct contact between companies and individuals actively seeking employment in the municipality. The event is expected to feature 28 stands, including companies, training centers, and municipal entities, offering a space for presenting activities and collecting resumes.

In addition to job offerings, the event will include a program of training workshops held in Classroom 1 of the same municipal building. Topics will cover resume optimization, interview techniques, entrepreneurship motivation, inclusive selection, and the use of Artificial Intelligence in job searching, with participation from entities such as Fundación Eurofirms and Cruz Roja.
The Community of Madrid will also contribute on April 16 with additional resources to improve employability, including a virtual reality corner for interview practice and a mobile employment office. The latter will allow for administrative procedures such as registering or renewing job applications, and consulting available offers and courses.
