The project, coordinated by IES La Sénia, has brought together students from nine educational centers with administrations, companies, and professionals over several months to transform academic knowledge into practical solutions. Mayor Vicent Ciscar highlighted the direct impact on Paiporta thanks to the collaboration with the Department of Economy, Employment, and Commerce.
One of the action lines focused on supporting local commerce, addressing needs in digitalization, invoicing, window dressing, and social media, as well as developing digital tools. Gastronomic, solidarity, and safety initiatives have also been promoted, along with the creation of a Challenge Labs Office managed by interns.
The initiative also played a key role in Paiporta's recovery post-DANA, using vocational training as a driver for idea generation and collaboration in economic reactivation. Councilor for Economy, José Antonio Redondo, emphasized the value of these collaborations that bridge administration, educational centers, and the local economic fabric.
Among the presented proposals, the collaboration with the vocational training program for Emergency Coordination and Civil Protection in Cheste stands out, offering preventive talks in Paiporta's primary and infant schools. Councilor for General Administration, Miguel Ángel Ortiz, thanked the positive impact of this initiative on young people.
Another significant project was the creation of the 'Coca del Poble,' a solidarity product to support affected bakeries and pastry shops. Councilor for Education, Olga Sandrós, announced that this dessert will be distributed at the upcoming Trobades d’Escoles en Valencià de L’Horta Sud in 2027.
The project's final day took place on September 23rd at the Sala del Raiolar in Paiporta, featuring presentations of the challenges and solutions developed, and a round table to share experiences and discuss the continuity of these initiatives.
