The Ministry of Agriculture has made public a new list of a total of 1,407 farmers whose holdings were affected by DANA. These farmers will receive 12,077,866 euros in aid to compensate them for the repair of damages, regulated by Order APA/383/2025, of April 22.
Starting this Thursday, a period of 15 business days opens during which each farmer can renounce the aid. This renunciation would allow them to opt for the repair of their holding by the public company Tragsa, instead of carrying it out by their own means, according to the department headed by Luis Planas.
Renunciation can be made via electronic certificate, through the electronic headquarters of the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund (FEGA), or by downloading the corresponding form and submitting it at an official registry, such as that of their town hall.
If beneficiaries do not renounce the aid, after the 15 business days, the payment of the published amounts will be made, and the plots they own will no longer be repaired by Tragsa.
To date, the Ministry of Agriculture has paid out more than 93 million euros from this aid line to a total of 7,925 farmers.
In parallel, a list of seven farmers has been published who are beneficiaries of aid for holders of agricultural holdings or plots adjacent to public waterways that were severely affected by DANA and will become public hydraulic domain land. These seven beneficiaries are entitled to a total compensation of 40,120 euros.
These aid lines are part of the measures promoted by the Government for the recovery of agricultural areas affected by DANA and to ensure the continuity of activity in the holdings. Information on these aids is available on the infodana website.
