Lemar Leben Group has received the Talent Award at the 14th FEMEVAL Awards (Valencian Metalworking Business Federation), held on October 14th in València. This award recognizes the company's trajectory in precision industrial machining, particularly highlighting its commitment to talent development and the well-being of its employees.
With sixty years of industrial history, the company maintains a strong connection to Foios, the municipality where it began and housed its former facilities. Although its new premises are now located in Náquera, its evolution remains closely linked to Foios, not only due to its origins but also because of the participation of residents from Foios who have been part of its team over the years.
The award granted by FEMEVAL acknowledges the TALENTUM LEMAR program, an initiative that has enabled the company to enhance technical training, professional development, talent retention, employee well-being, and the promotion of equal opportunities. Among the notable initiatives are its own technical school and digital tools designed to foster greater autonomy among staff.
Currently, Lemar Leben Group employs a team of 90 professionals and undertakes engineering, manufacturing, and logistics projects for sectors including aeronautics, medical-surgical, automotive, defense, naval, and energy.
The company's CEO, Miguel Ángel Vila, accepted the award, which was presented by Juan Gallur, Director of Business Banking at Caixa Popular.
The councilor for Entrepreneurship, Industrial Estates, Neighborhoods, and Fallas in Foios, Ferran Bartual, congratulated the company, emphasizing its connection to the municipality. "It is a satisfaction to be able to recognize the work, trajectory, and talent of companies linked to the business fabric of Foios," stated the councilor, who also highlighted his professional connection to the industrial sector.
For its part, Lemar Leben Group expressed its gratitude for the municipal recognition, valuing the relationships built over time. "Behind any business recognition, there are always people: those who were there at the beginning, those who have dedicated so many years to the company, and those who continue to contribute their knowledge, commitment, and effort today," noted the company, considering this connection a fundamental part of its identity.
The company also thanked the council for highlighting the role of its employees and reaffirmed its commitment to continue creating opportunities and caring for its human team. This award joins other previous distinctions, such as the renewal of the Innovative SME seal from the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities, and recognition from the Universitat Jaume I (UJI) for collaborating entities.
