This project will enable a space dedicated to entrepreneurship, offices, and technological training. With this decision, the commitment to unblock an enclave that was previously inoperative is fulfilled, consolidating the area as an innovation hub in Southern Europe.
Furthermore, an agreement has been approved to create a Water Sports Training and Technical Center. This facility, promoted in collaboration with the City Council of Valencia, will occupy a plot of public port land.
The space will host activities coordinated by various regional federations, such as those for sailing, canoeing, rowing, underwater activities, and adapted sports. The goal is to promote sports technical development, the inclusion of people with functional diversity, and sustainability at the port.
