The Federation of Campings of the Valencian Community is organizing a conference in Valencia to analyze the challenges of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and innovation in the tourism sector.

The camping sector in the Valencian Community, which boasts over a hundred federated establishments, is convening to discuss current key challenges. These include digital transformation, the application of artificial intelligence in management, innovation in business models, and the continuous improvement of customer experience in an increasingly competitive market.
Digitalization has become an indispensable strategic tool for this tourism subsector. Campings have evolved from being a traditional accommodation alternative to becoming tourism models with great capacity for evolution and innovation, with investments in technology, sustainability, gastronomy, and quality experiences.

"Camping has ceased to be a traditional accommodation alternative to become one of the tourism models with the greatest capacity for evolution and innovation. We are talking about highly professionalized establishments, with investment in technology, sustainability, gastronomy, and quality experiences."

The conference will focus on how digitalization and artificial intelligence can offer practical solutions for specific sector problems, such as attracting new audiences, customer loyalty, reservation management, process automation, data analysis, and communication on new channels. The objective is to provide tools applicable to the daily reality of Valencian campings.
Furthermore, the event will include a networking space to foster contacts and explore avenues of collaboration among companies, operators, suppliers, financial entities, and institutions. The presence of representatives from the Generalitat Valenciana, the Diputación de Valencia, and the Ayuntamiento de Valencia underscores the importance of public-private dialogue to advance in sector regulation, destination promotion, and the recognition of camping as a strategic subsector of Valencian tourism.

"From the Federation, we encourage the entire sector to participate in this conference. We are at a key moment to demonstrate the innovation and growth capacity of our campings."
