The city of Benidorm is now hosting the construction of what will be Europe's tallest residential skyscraper. The building, developed by TM Grupo Inmobiliario, will have 64 floors and stand 230 meters high.

TM Grupo Inmobiliario has commenced construction in Benidorm of what will become Europe's tallest residential tower. The building will feature 64 floors, reach a height of 230 meters, and accommodate 260 homes. The project, located just meters from Poniente beach, represents an investment of 140 million euros.
Construction has already surpassed the underground phase, and the building has reached ground level, allowing for the vertical development of the tower to begin. The foundation rests on a large structural slab supported by a total of 355 piles.
Over 3,500 linear meters of drilling were performed to execute this base. The structure is designed to withstand approximately 85,000 tons, one of the most notable figures for this high-rise residential project on the Alicante coast.
The Benidorm tower will also offer 10,000 square meters of common areas, three swimming pools—one of which is heated—a gym, a spa, a sky bar, and elevators capable of reaching the 64th floor in under a minute.
