The competition invites students to develop original business ideas in teams of 3 to 5 members and transform them into business projects. Projects will compete in three categories based on educational level: 3rd and 4th year of ESO, 1st and 2nd year of Bachillerato and Intermediate Vocational Training, and Higher Vocational Training.
Each category will feature a specific award and a cash prize. The total prize money amounts to €1,000, intended for spending in Móstoles shops. Interested educational centers can submit their registration applications from October 1 to October 22, 2026.
Once a center is registered, it will establish its own procedure to select the projects that will represent it in the contest. Up to four projects can be submitted in total, with a maximum of two per category, based on an original business idea and framed as commercial entrepreneurship and innovation projects.
During November, students will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions on entrepreneurship and business planning. These sessions will be held at the Móstoles Desarrollo facilities, located at C/ Pintor Velázquez, 68, and aim to provide students with tools and knowledge to develop and present their projects.
Educational centers can submit their selected projects until February 12, 2027, following the procedure and documentation outlined in the participation guidelines. Required documentation should be sent to emprendedores@mostolesdesarrollo.es.
The evaluation of winning projects will consider criteria such as innovation, market impact, technical and financial viability, sustainability, and scalability. As a new feature this year, the jury may propose an additional award for the project that achieves the highest score in any evaluation criterion but does not win in its category.
