Since its launch, the office has accumulated 810 appointments, mostly in-person (74%), although online (24%) and telephone (2%) options are also available. A relevant fact is the high user loyalty, as 74.7% have sought advice on more than one occasion, underscoring the service's perceived usefulness and value.

The profile of entrepreneurs in Colmenar Viejo is predominantly female, accounting for 73% of the total. Most are of Spanish nationality (74%) and fall within the 26 to 44 age bracket (56%). More than half (57%) have university degrees, and a similar percentage (57%) are already working when seeking advice, thus exploring entrepreneurship while maintaining their current jobs. The service sector accounts for 65% of the initiatives.
The office's impact is reflected in the local economy with 47 new self-employed registrations and the establishment of approximately ten limited companies. The most common businesses are retail trade (21.4%), food and beverage services (18.9%), and professional, scientific, and technical activities. Furthermore, the office has expanded its work to include youth training, collaborating on entrepreneurship promotion workshops at La Casa de la Juventud de Colmenar Viejo during February 2026.
