The Community of Madrid has strengthened its partnership with Samsung Electronics Iberia to integrate artificial intelligence solutions aimed at optimizing public service management and regional administration.

The meeting, held at the company's headquarters in Alcobendas, continues the agreements established in 2024. This collaboration seeks to apply innovative tools in key areas such as service digitalization, support for public professionals, and the modernization of administrative processes through the use of AI.
Practical applications analyzed include the implementation of transcription and simultaneous translation systems, as well as advanced cybersecurity solutions. These technologies aim to facilitate the daily work of public employees and improve citizen service across various areas of regional management.
The initiative also covers the education and health sectors. In public education, cutting-edge technology is being integrated to assist teachers and enhance student learning. Meanwhile, in the health sector, 15,000 mobile devices and laptops equipped with advanced digital signatures have been distributed, streamlining inspections and administrative procedures on the go.
