It seeks to provide students with practical experience and develop key competencies, while enabling companies, especially SMEs, to integrate new talent.
During the presentation, Sara Molero, CEIM's Secretary General, emphasized the crucial role of companies in training VET students. "Companies, particularly Madrid's SMEs, play an essential and irreplaceable role in the education of VET students and, at the same time, need to incorporate this talent to meet current challenges," she stated. She added, "With FYP Madrid, we aim to facilitate this connection, removing barriers and offering SMEs a simple tool to collaborate with educational centers and actively participate in developing the talent our economy needs."
Through the FYP Madrid website, companies can register to offer training placements in any of the professional families taught in the Community of Madrid. The platform's team will analyze applications and facilitate connections with suitable educational centers. Additionally, practical resources and personalized advice are provided to participating companies.
