The forum served as a platform to provide information on updates in Social Dialogue and Collective Bargaining, as well as to analyze the progress of the Industrial Plan of the Community of Madrid.
Among the highlights was the presentation of the FyP Madrid project, an initiative aimed at connecting companies, Vocational Training, and future professionals. Additionally, the objectives of the new CEIM Security and Defense Observatory were detailed.

The session concluded with a workshop led by Juan Manuel López Zafra, a full professor at CUNEF University and doctor in Economic and Business Sciences, who addressed the opportunities and challenges presented by artificial intelligence in enhancing dialogue and negotiation processes.
This forum reaffirmed CEIM's commitment to strengthening its associations and creating collaborative spaces for knowledge exchange and anticipation of the challenges facing Madrid's businesses.
