The Burriana City Council has begun preparations for a new edition of 'Som Talent', its employment forum scheduled for May 13 at the Llar Fallera, establishing itself as a key event for the labor market in La Plana Baixa.

This event, which has already become a benchmark, will transform the Llar Fallera into a direct meeting point between businesses and individuals seeking employment or professional advancement. The main objective of 'Som Talent' is to streamline selection processes and foster employability in the municipality of Burriana.
To achieve this, the council has launched an active campaign targeting both local and surrounding companies, inviting them to participate and present their job offers. These offers can be managed and even filled during the forum itself, thereby optimizing time and resources.
The success of 'Som Talent' is supported by the results of the previous edition. On that occasion, 1,118 people registered and more than 330 attended in person. A total of 39 companies participated, offering 189 job positions.
During the event, 2,861 applications were managed, of which 787 met the requirements. This led to 776 on-site job interviews, resulting in 41 people finding employment, representing an insertion rate of 12.4%. Furthermore, the cost per insertion was 280.93 euros, a figure that highlights the model's efficiency and its positive impact on the local labor market.

"Som Talent has become a strategic tool for Burriana. The goal is for the Llar Fallera to be the stage where local talent finds real opportunities for professional growth."
