In the city of València, the real estate market shows significant contrasts between its districts. L'Eixample is positioned as the most expensive, at 4,527 €/m², while Pobles del Nord is the most affordable, at 1,542 €/m².
Regarding quarterly evolution, Benicalap recorded the largest increase with a +4.70%, while Pobles de l'Oest experienced the largest drop, with a -3.55%. In the province of Alicante, the municipality of Villena stood out with a 9.27% increase, reflecting demand pressure in local markets.
The report highlights that purchase and sale operations are mainly carried out by solvent profiles, including investors, savers, and buyers with family support. However, access to housing is progressively deteriorating for other segments of the population.
