Official data indicates that the number of people without work in the region has decreased by five compared to May. This figure represents a monthly decrease of 0.69%, while compared to the same period last year, the drop stands at 3.78%.
The evolution by municipality shows varied trends. In Ripoll, the number of unemployed has gone from 347 to 342, while in Campdevànol it has reduced from 80 to 78. Meanwhile, Ribes de Freser has recorded a drop of nine people, remaining at 50. Other towns such as Planoles, Vilallonga de Ter, Gombrèn, Ogassa, Toses, and Molló maintain figures below ten unemployed.
Conversely, some towns have experienced an increase in the lists. Camprodon adds three more people to reach 63, Sant Joan de les Abadesses goes from 81 to 93, and Vallfogona de Ripollès records two more, reaching 12. Setcases remains the only municipality in the region with no one registered as unemployed.
