To facilitate offer preparation and allow interested bidders to gain firsthand knowledge of the properties' condition, environment, and layout, SPEGC will organize guided tours. Scheduled dates and application procedures will be available on the Public Sector Contracting Platform. The deadline for submitting offers is September 18, 2026.
