The Cabildo's Administrative Contract Tribunal has lifted the suspension on the management contract award for the Taliarte Norte residence to Fundación SAMU, dismissing the appeal filed by Arquisocial.

The resolution from the Administrative Contract Tribunal now permits the formalization of the contract award for the management of the Taliarte Norte socio-sanitary center. This award, signed on April 24th, had been halted by a special contract dispute filed by the company Arquisocial, one of the bidders.
The tender process, which attracted eight offers, includes a management period of 24 months with an allocated budget of 13.26 million euros. Arquisocial's appeal focused on the alleged improper valuation of an improvement offered by Fundación SAMU, concerning the provision of a vehicle with at least seven seats.
The Tribunal has determined that the awarded entity complied with the required documentation and submitted a declaration of commitment to assign a 9-seater electric vehicle to the contract's execution. Therefore, it considers the awarded score to be correct and sees no grounds for annulling the procedure.

The awarded score was in accordance with the law, and neither the annulment of the award nor the retroaction of the procedure is necessary.

The Taliarte Norte socio-sanitary center, managed by the Cabildo, has a total capacity of 135 places for the elderly. Additionally, it offers 50 places for highly dependent individuals, 55 for moderately dependent individuals, and 30 places in its day care center.
