The Association of Business Owners of the Arinaga Industrial Zone (Aenaga) has achieved a record number of over 600 registrations for its II Business Conference, to be held on May 13 and 14 at the Agüimes Auditorium Theater, establishing itself as a benchmark in innovation and competitiveness in the Canary Islands.

The event, under the theme 'The Intelligent Company: Compete, Grow, Lead,' has exceeded expectations, demonstrating the strong interest of the Canarian business sector in topics such as artificial intelligence and competitiveness. The high demand has led the organization to move the conference to a larger venue in Agüimes, following the success of the previous edition.

"The business response has been extraordinary and confirms that Canarian companies need useful spaces where knowledge, trends, and practical tools can be shared to improve their competitiveness."

The program will feature prominent national and international specialists in digital transformation, leadership, and artificial intelligence. Among them, a renowned economic analyst and digital popularizer will deliver the inaugural conference, addressing the keys to competing in the new economy.
Over the two days, crucial topics for Canarian small and medium-sized enterprises will be discussed, such as leveraging the Economic and Fiscal Regime (REF), commercial expansion, talent management, and the practical application of artificial intelligence in businesses. Real-world digital transformation cases implemented in companies across the archipelago will also be presented.
Additionally, on the afternoon of May 13, a practical workshop on artificial intelligence will be held, with limited capacity and a focus on demonstrating real AI applications in various business departments.
