The Provincial Council of Málaga has launched a new edition of the Award for Acceleration and Consolidation of Innovative Entrepreneurship Ideas, aimed at companies and professionals in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants in the province.

The award, endowed with 9,000 euros, seeks to promote and support innovative entrepreneurship, recognizing both early-stage ideas and already consolidated projects. Applications can be submitted from September 2 to September 30.
The call is divided into two lines: 'Acceleration', for activities started from January 1, 2025, and 'Consolidation', for those in operation since January 1, 2023. In both cases, residency or registered office must be in Málaga municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants.
The 'Acceleration' category will award 2,500 euros for the first prize and 2,000 euros for the second. The 'Consolidation' category will distribute the same amounts. Evaluation criteria include originality, creativity, business model viability, and contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.
The project's impact on the province of Málaga is particularly valued, with a focus on municipalities under 5,000 inhabitants. Further information is available via the link provided by the organization.
