The developer Metrovacesa has concluded the construction of its first phase of 59 homes in the former Cuartel de los Mondragones in Granada, marking a milestone in the urban development of the area.

The project, named Alma F1, involved an investment of 16.5 million euros and offers residences with two, three, and four bedrooms. These homes are equipped with a terrace, garage, and storage room, and feature energy efficiency and sustainability solutions.
The development includes various amenities for future residents, such as a swimming pool, gardens, and a gourmet room for meetings and events. Currently, the commercialization phase is in its final stages, with the last units available for sale.

"With Alma F1, we culminate a project designed to meet new residential needs, combining functionality, sustainability, and common spaces designed for the daily life of residents."

The architectural design of Alma F1 was developed by Antonio Luis Arquitectos, a local studio in Granada. This project reinforces Metrovacesa's commitment to developing sustainable residential initiatives adapted to new living trends in the city.
The first stone of this building was laid in July 2024. The company is already working on the second phase, Alma F2, which will add another 134 homes. Metrovacesa's total investment in the Los Mondragones sector will amount to 54 million euros.
In the sector's plots, which include land acquired from the Junta de Andalucía in February 2023, more than 500 new-build homes are planned. Of these, 193 will be market-rate homes promoted by the developer, and 317 units will be subsidized housing, promoted by the Junta de Andalucía and the City Council.
