The Córdoba Provincial Council has formalized the sale of several industrial land plots in Rute, through its company CINCO, to enable the expansion of two important local companies in the Las Salinas Industrial Park.

This initiative aims to consolidate the presence and development of businesses in the municipality, guaranteeing their permanence and productive capacity. The signing of the agreements took place in the Plenary Hall of the Palacio de la Merced, where the acquisition of four plots by Proquisur S.L and three plots by Indusmetal Torres S.L was finalized.

"The province faces a very important challenge, which is industrialization and the need to increase the productive capacity of existing businesses and to be attractive to those who come and want to invest in our cities."

A spokesperson for the provincial institution highlighted the strategic importance of Rute and its industrial potential, emphasizing the efforts of the Council and Grupo CINCO to streamline procedures and make this expansion a reality. The need to offer the business sector a framework of legal certainty and a clear timeline to attract investments and enhance competitiveness was stressed.
The delegate for Presidency, Interior Government, and Housing of the Provincial Council, accompanied by the mayor of Rute, recalled the institution's commitment to the development of industrial land, especially in the Las Salinas Industrial Park. This project, which began in September, aimed to reserve space for local companies intending to grow, such as Proquisur and Indusmetal, both well-established in the locality.

"The industrial park is a necessity, and thanks to the work of Grupo CINCO, which has delivered, it will finally become a reality after two decades of waiting by our entrepreneurs."

Representatives from both companies expressed their satisfaction. A spokesperson for Indusmetal thanked the operation, explaining that the new plots will allow them to expand their facilities for a logistics center or a new paint plant. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Proquisur S.L indicated that they will double their land to increase productive capacity and develop a self-consumption packaging project.
The intervention of Grupo CINCO was crucial in unblocking the SI-3 Las Salinas sector, by covering the urbanization costs for non-participating owners and thereby acquiring over 7,500 square meters of land for commercialization. The urbanization process began in September, and the definitive approval of the redistribution project was obtained in November. With this operation, Proquisur S.L, dedicated to automotive products, has acquired an additional 2,500 square meters, totaling 4,685 square meters. Indusmetal Torres S.L, specializing in metal enclosures and shelving, has added over 3,100 square meters to its property, reaching a total area of 10,374 square meters.
