The bulk of the investment, estimated at nearly 487 million euros, is allocated to modernizing the transport network. Key projects include the future Jaen Intermodal Station, with a budget of 45 million, and the tendering of railway signaling between Jaen and Cordoba, valued at 79 million. Additionally, 130 million has been earmarked for the renovation of conventional rail lines and 278 million for the completion of the remaining sections of the A-32 motorway.
Beyond communications, the central government has committed 175 million euros to a hydraulic infrastructure plan for the province. These figures are complemented by the construction of a new National Police Station, with an estimated budget of up to 25 million, and a 3 million contribution from the Jaen Provincial Council to co-finance local development funds.

The political group that initiated the motion of no confidence has assessed the milestones achieved, highlighting the approval of municipal budgets and the tax agreement with the Provincial Council. However, they maintain a stance of external oversight, noting that the fulfillment of previous agreements remains pending for projects such as the City of Justice and the Health City.
