The Swiss multinational International Workplace Group (IWG) has inaugurated a modern flexible workspace in Vera, Almería, with an investment exceeding 2.3 million euros, responding to the growing demand for teleworking in the region.

The new center, named Regus Vera, is established in collaboration with a local partner and is located in Casa Orozco, a historic building in Plaza Tomás de Haro. This initiative is part of IWG's global expansion strategy, aiming to meet the need for adaptable and high-quality work environments.
The construction of the building, which began in 2024, involved an investment of 2,361,135 euros. The space spans over 2,600 square meters distributed across a basement, three floors, and a rooftop, designed to consolidate administrative and business services in a single property adjacent to the stately homes in the square.

"This new space in Vera is part of International Workplace Group's strategy to meet the growing demand for high-quality, flexible workspaces across Spain."

The management of the Regus Vera center, set to commence in April 2026, follows a period of record growth for IWG in revenue and network expansion. The company added 1,132 new centers and opened 782 new spaces in 2025, surpassing the growth achieved in its first two full decades of operation.
The strategic location of the center in Vera, with direct access to major routes such as the A-7 (Autovía del Mediterráneo) and the N-340, facilitates connection to the rest of the region and key logistical hubs, enhancing its appeal for local businesses seeking to professionalize their headquarters.
