The city of Córdoba is set to host the event titled “Industry, Talent, and Defense” from October 6th to 9th. This event, focused on the military industry, will take place at the Córdoba Exhibition, Fair, and Congress Center.
The initiative, organized by UGT FICA in collaboration with the Córdoba City Council, aims to address key aspects of the defense industry. The Army's Logistics Base is poised to become a fundamental pillar for the city's future in this sector.
According to advance reports, the opening ceremony, scheduled for October 7th, will feature the highest institutional representation. His Majesty King Felipe VI will preside over the inaugural session, underscoring the event's significance.
This inaugural event will also be attended by prominent figures from the defense and political spheres, including the Minister of Defense, the Chief of the Defense Staff (Jemad), the President of the Junta de Andalucía, the Mayor of Córdoba, as well as the general secretaries of UGT and UGT FICA, and the president of Tedae.
