Since the beginning of 2026, the institution has offered training adapted to the needs of the labor and business market. The Talento 45+ program, aimed at unemployed individuals aged 45 to 60, has involved 555 participants in 31 training actions. Since its inception in 2020, this program has trained 4,895 individuals over 45.
Meanwhile, the Talento Joven program concluded the first half of 2026 with 352 young people trained in 10 free itineraries, designed according to business demands. Since its launch in 2015, a total of 6,667 young people have completed one of the 403 developed training itineraries.
The España Emprende program has trained 217 individuals with entrepreneurial aspirations in 15 training actions during the first half of 2026, focusing on self-employment and business activity. Since its launch in 2022, it has trained 1,660 participants across 103 actions.
Additionally, the Emprendedoras program has trained 108 women in 9 training actions in the first half of 2026, providing them with technical and soft skills for entrepreneurship. Since 2022, 813 women have been trained in 41 actions.
The Chamber of Commerce has also announced new free in-person courses for September in Seville capital and its province. These include 'Strategic Customer Service', 'Digital Marketing with AI', 'Payroll Management', 'Patient Transfer and Mobilization', and 'Youth and Children's Leisure Activities Monitor', among others.
Students who successfully complete these programs gain exclusive access to the Bolsa de Talento – Smart Talent platform, an employment pool with specific job opportunities that facilitates their integration into the current job market.
In a general balance since 2015, the Seville Chamber of Commerce has provided free support to 16,967 individuals through over 1,000 training actions and individualized career guidance.
