The Archidona City Council has started construction on a new business incubator, a project that will provide the municipality with two industrial warehouses to boost local economic activity.

The works, which have an award budget of 195,999.99 euros, have an estimated execution period of six months. The project focuses on the construction of two industrial warehouses, each with a useful area of 155 square meters, specifically designed to facilitate the start of new businesses.
The main objective of this infrastructure is to reduce entry barriers for local entrepreneurs. To this end, the council has planned for the facilities to be offered under a rent-to-own model, a measure aimed at making access to professional spaces more flexible for citizens and businesses.

"It is a direction in which this government team is working firmly, to boost the creation of new companies and provide our productive fabric with the spaces it needs."
