“"The notable participation of companies demonstrates the interest in the works promoted by the Junta de Andalucía. It is a historic opportunity for the industrial parks to face their expansion plans with guarantees and a relief for the residents of Santa Ana and Frailes, who will no longer have to endure trucks passing through their streets."

Construction work for a new road connecting industrial parks in Alcalá la Real.
The Ministry of Development, Territorial Planning and Housing has received 26 business proposals to execute the new road that will link the industrial parks of Llano Mazuelos and Chaparral in Alcalá la Real.
The initiative, with a base tender budget of 7,860,987 euros, aims to facilitate direct access to Santa Ana from the A-403 and improve the connection between the industrial parks and the provincial road JA-4302 connecting Alcalá la Real and Frailes.
The works, with an estimated execution period of 15 months, will focus on the construction of a 1.6-kilometer road, the implementation of two roundabouts for traffic management, and the creation of an adjacent 2.50-meter wide cycle lane, protected by a safety barrier.
The project also includes the execution of transversal and longitudinal drainage systems, as well as the expansion of existing drainage infrastructure on the A-403 and at the access to Llano Mazuelos.
This infrastructure, demanded for 15 years, was resumed by the Government of Juanma Moreno and included in the Andalusia Transport and Mobility Infrastructure Plan. The Ministry of Development has managed the preliminary project, the environmental impact study, and has secured funding with its own resources from the Junta de Andalucía.
